Hi everyone!
We are open to offering various services. I am based in Collie but also have staff based in Bunbury and all around the South West and Great Southern region we are willing to travel to various areas of the Southwest and Great Southern of WA.
We have now expanded to Albany and the Great Southern region with an experienced Disability Manager who has 20 years experience supporting people with a disability.
I have 15 years’ experience in the Disability industry working my way up from a Support worker to 8 years as a SIL coordinator/ Community Coordinator, working with people from various walks of life. I have previously worked for big organisations, learning, taking in knowledge and expanding my skills along the way. I decided it was time to start my own business and designing it the way I wanted it to be ran, not everyone fits into a box and I felt it was important to design a service that is tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Since April 2023, I have been working for myself but slowly building the business in background. I now have a team of 30+ qualified and experienced staff and we are looking at expanding as the business grows. Male and female staffing available.

Ability to support various types of different abilities including but not limited to
Experience dealing with challenging behaviours, Autism, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, FASD, Mental health conditions, including but not limited to Schizophrenia, BPD, Bipolar, depression, anxiety, Verbal and Non-verbal people, Physical Disabilities, CP, Vision impairment, Dementia, Epilepsy, PEG feeding, Spinal cord injury, Hearing impairments
